    Summary of applicable skill list for calming points of partner’s nominated skilled occupation

    1. If the primary applicant is applying for a Subclass 189 (Skilled—Independent point-based) visa or a Subclass 491 Family Sponsored visa, the partner’s nominated occupation must be on MTSSL list.
    2. If the primary applicant is applying for a Subclass 190 (Skilled—Nominated) visa, the partner’s nominated occupation and either be on MTSSL list or STSSL.
    3. if the primary applicant is applying for a Subclass 491 State or Territory Sponsored visa, the occupation of the primary and secondary applicant can be on MTSSL, STSSL, or ROL List.
