  • ✅ Last 6 months’ current account statement

If employed:

  • ✅ Evidence of other investments, such as fixed deposits, MIS, post office savings, KVP, SVP, NSC, shares, bonds, or mutual funds
  • ✅ Chartered Accountant report – net worth report
  • ✅ Evidence of provident fund, GPF, or PPF (if applicable)
  • ✅ Surrender value of any life insurance policies
  • ✅ Valuation of any property owned, such as a house, shop, or land
