Documents List for Australia visitors visa:
- 1. PERSONAL DOCUMENTS:
- Original Passport (Minimum 6 month valid )
- Photo (35 x 45MM white background matt finished (80% FACE should display)
- Marriage certificate /Divorce Deed/Spouse Death certificate
- Child birth certificate/Bonafide certificate (If child travelling)
- Leave letter/vacation letter (If student travelling)
- NOC of parents(Child Below 18 Years (If travelling alone or third party)
- Utility bill of Residence: Telephone Bill, Vehicle Registration
- 2. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS:
- Air ticket itinerary
- Travel insurance policy
- Forex exchange / Credit Card copy or credit card Statement
- 3. SPONSOR DOCUMENTS:
- If having family visit then sponsor from foreign country.
- If tourist then hotel booking/tour booking
- 4. Income Documents from India IF SELF EMPLOYED:
- PAN card (Personal/Company)
- Business registration certificate (Memorandum/Partnership deed)
- Company Profile / Brochure (If having)
- Business letter head-03 Nos. & visiting card
- IT returns last 3 years with balance sheet
- Last 6 months current account statement
- Partner NOC ( If Partner travelling)
- Authorisation Letter (who is handling company behalf of owner)
IF EMPLOYED :- Pan card, Company Id card, Job Letter
- Last 6 months salary slips
- Last 3 years form no.16 & IT returns with computation
- Leave letter/NOC (No objection certificate) from company or government firm.
- PF Letter (if having)
IF AGRICULTURE BUSINESS :- Agriculture income certificate (From Mamlatdar / TDO)
- Form no. 7& 12, 8A (Land paper)
- Agriculture bills (If having)
- Income Tax Returns last 3 years
IF RETIRED:- Retirement letter
- Pension Bank Passbook
IF UNEMPLOYED/ HOUSEWIFE/MINOR
- Support letter and supporting Affidavit
- 5. Financial documents:
- Last 6 months bank statement/bank passbook (Minimum 6 lacs INR Require for couple)
- Other investments like Bank fix deposit/ MIS /Post Savings/KVP/SVP/NSC
- Other investments like Share holding statement/ Bonds/ Mutual Funds
- Provident fund/GPF/PPF
- LIC / other policy surrender value
- Financial report/ Valuation of property (House/Shop/Land)
- 6. Sponsor Documents:
- Invitation letter or Sponsorship letter
- Passport copy and visa copy
- If having PR then Visa Grant Letter
- ID proofs- Driving License & Health Card
- If employed, then Employment letter & pay slips last 3 months
- If business then Business Certificate
- Bank account statement last 3 months
- Income tax returns last 3 years
- If having own house then provide utility bill
- If living on rent then rent agreement.
